AquaTrack ("we," "us," or "our") operates as a local-first, offline-only application. Your privacy is our priority, which is why we have designed our software to keep your business data where it belongs: on your device.

1. No Data Collection

AquaTrack does NOT collect, store, or transmit any of your business data (customers, orders, receipts, or financial records) to our servers. All information entered into the app is stored locally on your device's internal storage.

2. Use of Permissions

To provide its core business features, AquaTrack requests access to the following hardware, which is processed entirely on your device:

• Camera: Used solely to allow you to capture photos of physical receipts for your own business records. Images are stored locally in the app's internal database.
• Microphone & Speech Recognition: Used only when you choose to use the "Voice Assistant" or "Hey Aqua" wake word. Audio is processed in real-time on-device to execute commands and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server.
• Storage/File Access: Used to save your database backups and export CSV reports to your device's memory.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs. Your usage patterns are private to you.

4. Data Sovereignty

Because your data is not stored in the cloud, we cannot recover it if you delete the app or lose your device. We strongly recommend using the built-in Backup feature in the app settings to regularly export your database.
