We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use AquaTrack for your business management purposes, subject to these terms.
AquaTrack is a local-only tool. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the safety and backup of your data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or accidental reset.
The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in financial reporting and AI insights, we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AquaTrack Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the software.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
